Eastman signs with West Tech

West Tech Chemical, based in the southern Chinese province of Guangdong, will build a plant that will produce rosin derivatives and resin dispersions exclusively for Eastman Chemical. The plant will have a capacity for 5,000 metric tons per year each of rosin derivatives and resin dispersions. It will be built in West Tech's home base in Yunfu and is scheduled to open this year.
