Train Sports Polycarbonate Windows
Next-generation high-speed bullet trains with windows made of Teijin Chemical's polycarbonate started operating in Japan earlier this month. Previous windows were made of polycarbonate glass composites, but the new all-polycarbonate windows use 50% less material and are 30% lighter than the composite.
