Andrew N. Liveris, chairman and CEO of Dow Chemical, has been elected chairman of the board of the American Chemistry Council. Other officers for 2007 are Robert L. Wood, chairman and CEO of Chemtura, who will be chairman of the executive committee; David N. Weidman, president and CEO of Celanese, who will be vice chairman of the board; and ACC CEO Jack N. Gerard.
