Celanese Opens Technology Center

Celanese has opened a 31,200-sq-ft technology center in Houston to house both its emulsion polymers and polyvinyl alcohol R&D and technical services groups. A focus of the center will be development of environmentally friendly and low-odor resins for paints. The firm also has technology centers in Frankfurt and Shanghai.
