MORE THAN 14,000 CHEMISTS met in Philadelphia last month at the American Chemical Society national meeting. The City of Brotherly Love didn't disappoint. Attendees were treated to a technical program bursting with more than 8,000 papers. The following is a small sample of the latest research advances that were offered.
