Hexion Specialty Chemicals will move its Stuttgart, Germany, epoxy resins blending facility to a larger, 10,000-m2 former TV-tube factory in Esslingen. The plant will produce bonding pastes and infusing resins used in the 40–60-meter-long wind turbine blades that power wind energy farms.
