Microsoft Acquires Merck Software
Microsoft will acquire assets from Merck & Co.'s Rosetta Inpharmatics unit that will allow the software giant to incorporate genetic, genomic, metabolomic, and proteomics data management software into its Amalga Life Sciences research software.
