Dow Is Selling One European Facility To Monument

Indiana-based specialty hydrocarbons maker Monument Chemicals has acquired a multipurpose facility in Antwerp, Belgium, from Dow Chemical. The plant had been operated by Dow Haltermann Custom Processing. In 2008, Monument acquired a Dow Haltermann facility in Houston. Monument says the move into Europe marks its global expansion in the specialty chemical market.
