LEO Pharma, Scripps Target Skin Disease

After deciding to increase its focus on dermatology, LEO Pharma has set up a collaboration with Scripps Research Institute. The Danish company will work with the research group of organic chemistry professor Phil S. Baran. Together the partners hope to develop practical synthetic routes to complex natural products and apply biomedical research to the treatment of various skin diseases.
