FMC May Divest Peroxygens
FMC Corp. is rearranging itself into businesses in agricultural chemicals, health and nutrition, and minerals. As part of the restructuring, the company will explore the sale of its peroxygens business, a maker of hydrogen peroxide and persulfate chemicals.
