Former Dow Executive To Lead Innophos

The board of directors of phosphorus chemical specialist Innophos has appointed Kim Ann Mink as CEO. She replaces Randy Gress, who is stepping down after 11 years of service. Mink comes to Innophos from Dow Chemical, where most recently she led the elastomers and electrical/telecommunications businesses. Mink has a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from Duke University.
