Aslam Malik has been appointed CEO of Ampac Fine Chemicals, a California-based manufacturer of pharmaceutical chemicals. Malik, who has served as president of the company since 2005, replaces Joseph Carleone, who has retired as CEO but will remain chairman of Ampac’s board of directors.
