Pixelligent Technologies has received a $150,000 grant from the Department of Energy to advance its transparent and highly refractive nanocrystalline additives for use with organic light-emitting diodes. The firm will partner with OLEDWorks, a lighting firm, to use the additives in creating a structure to maximize light output from OLEDs.
