BASF's new personal care lab in Nigeria

BASF has opened a personal care lab at a new regional headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria. The facility will provide cosmetic product formulators with technical expertise and market insights tailored to the needs of African hair and skin, BASF says. Services will include performance testing and support for consumer-relevant claims.
