Cabot invests in inkjet pigments

Cabot's plant in Haverhill, Massachusetts, was once an Eastpak backpack factory.

Cabot plans to spend more than $50 million over the next 3 years at its plant in Haverhill, Massachusetts, to expand capacity for color aqueous pigment dispersions for digital inkjet printers. Cabot says it’s the only company with technology for both small-molecule inkjet pigments and the encapsulated polymer dispersions used to deliver them.
