Grace And Borealis Join For Catalysts

W.R. Grace has signed an agreement to supply polypropylene catalysts to Austrian polyolefins maker Borealis. Grace already makes polyethylene catalysts and says the agreement will help it push into catalysts for polypropylene. In 2002, Grace acquired a Borealis catalyst plant in Stenungsund, Sweden, and Borealis catalyst-making equipment in Porvoo, Finland.
