BASF will expand capacity for its Laromer line of ultraviolet- and electron-beam-curable acrylate resins at its Ludwigshafen, Germany, site by the third quarter of this year. The company says the investment is meant to meet growing demand for the energy curable products, used in applications such as flooring and furniture coatings.
