Overview

With this webinar, we focus on isocratic and gradient method translations. This will include adjusting column dimensions (eg. scaling a method up or down); moving between different instruments (eg. transferring a method between sites) and modifying particle platforms (eg. between fully porous and solid-core silica particles). We introduce the theory and illustrate each situation with several practical examples including data for successful translation and common reasons for failed method translations. The use of a free Excel based tool for automatically performing the calculations is also highlighted.
