Barbara J. Franklin

Barbara J. “Bobbie” Franklin, 91, of League City, Texas, died Feb. 15, 2023.

“Bobbie had a constant ability to see the objective truth of so many situations. Whether the topic was science, politics, history, or family, she always had a memorable Benjamin Franklin–esque saying that fit the situation perfectly. She was a mentor, a beautiful person, and the smartest person I’ve ever known.”—Brad White, nephew

Survivors: Siblings, Ellen Franklin Ragland and Conner Franklin; one niece and two nephews
