Celia Henry Arnaud, Senior Correspondent
Areas of coverage: Analytical chemistry, chemical biology, biological chemistry, chemical education
Celia earned her B.S. in chemistry and her B.A. in English and economics from the University of Richmond. She took graduate chemistry classes at the University of Pittsburgh but left after two years because she believes if you don't want to be in the lab, graduate school isn't the right place to be. She joined ACS in 1996 on the staff of Analytical Chemistry and has been on C&EN's staff since 1999. For C&EN, she writes about analytical chemistry, the interface of chemistry and biology, and chemical education.
