Styrolution, the styrenic polymers producer owned by Ineos, has opened a styrene-butadiene copolymer (SBC) pilot plant at its site in Antwerp, Belgium. The company calls the plant a scaled-down but otherwise identical version of a larger SBC plant in Antwerp. It will be used to conduct R&D on behalf of customers.
