Raadhia graduated from George Mason University where she studied chemistry and forensic science. Before coming to C&EN, she contributed to ACS publications including ChemMatters, inChemistry, Middle School Chemistry (website), and Chemistry in Context (tenth edition textbook) as an intern. She joined C&EN as a production editor in 2021.
