Ciba Specialty Chemicals will market Bio-Gate Bioinnovative Materials' high-porosity elemental silver antimicrobial products and efficacy testing technology. Fuller each invested $1.5 million in AgION Technologies, a maker of silver zeolite antimicrobial compounds.
