FMC sells nonagricultural chemical unit to Environmental Science US

FMC will sell a business that makes pesticides and other chemicals for nonagricultural applications, such as golf turf, to Environmental Science US (Envu) for $350 million. The company announced it was considering a sale of the business in November as part of a plan to reduce spending and focus on agriculture.
