UCB has sold the contract manufacturing business of its Celltech subsidiary to New York City-based Inyx for roughly $34 million. The deal includes facilities in Ashton, near Manchester, England. Inyx specializes in aerosol drug delivery technologies. Inyx's British subsidiary already operates manufacturing facilities near Manchester.
