Eastman Opens Shanghai Lab

Eastman Chemical has launched a laboratory in Shanghai to support development of new formulations and applications for its customers in North Asia. It currently employs eight scientists and engineers. According to Greg O. Nelson, Eastman's chief technology officer, the lab will work with local universities and research institutions to provide enhanced technical assistance.
