H.B. Fuller has agreed to acquire Roanoke Companies Group for $270 million. Roanoke will expand Fuller's specialty construction brands business with a line of premix grouts and mortars for flooring systems. Fuller may pay an additional $15 million to continuing members of Roanoke's senior management team if they meet certain profitability thresholds over the next two years.
