Prices Slip In November

U .S. chemical prices fell moderately in November from the previous month, according to data from the Labor Department. The government reports that the producer price index for all chemicals declined 0.9% from October to 206.2 (1982 = 100). The November index, however, was still 2.4% ahead of the same month in 2005.
