The Business Insights "Company of the Year" states that "Dow later fired two executives for conspiring in back-channel talks about sale of the company" (C&EN, Feb. 4, page 19). It would have been fair to add that these two executives have strenuously denied the accusation and are suing Dow for substantial sums.
