Tessenderlo Gets New Chief Executive

Belgian specialty chemical maker Tessenderlo has named Frank Coenen, 50, as CEO, effective on Jan. 15. He replaces Gérard Marchand, 66, who led the firm since 1987. Coenen joined Tessenderlo in 2006 and became chief operating officer last year. He previously held management positions with Cytec Industries and UCB.
