Eastman Supplies Polymers For Skateboards

This month, Heelys, the maker of shoes with wheels in the heels, is launching skateboards that incorporate Eastman’s Tritan polyester copolymer. Using a special adapter system, the boards attach directly to shoes, increasing their maneuverability compared with traditional skateboards and in-line skates.
