Bayer CropScience Sells Plant In India

Bayer CropScience Ltd., a Bayer subsidiary listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange, will sell off a plant in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, to India’s Deccan Fine Chemicals for $20 million. Bayer did not provide a reason for the sale. The sale will not include Bayer MaterialScience polyurethane facilities at the site.
