ExxonMobil Chemical President Stephen D. Pryor, 64, is retiring at the end of this month. He will be replaced by Neil A. Chapman, 52, who now heads the firm’s polymers unit. Pryor has been with ExxonMobil and Mobil for 44 years. He took over the chemical business in 2008. Chapman joined the company in 1984 at an Esso refinery in England.
