I was amazed by the scientists who are “Unhappy over Polybags,” and who had trouble taking the polybag off the magazine (C&EN, Dec. 22, 2014, page 2). I use an instrument that has been around for many, many years. It can be purchased at any yardage store. It is called scissors.
