Clariant has installed a 400-m2 greenhouse at its innovation center in Frankfurt. By using the greenhouse to simulate environmental conditions, Clariant hopes to develop new plant growth regulators, foliar fertilizers, and bioherbicides. The firm’s crop solutions business makes additives and adjuvants for crop protection.
