Perstorp invests in caprolactone

The Swedish chemical maker Perstorp will invest an undisclosed sum in a plant in Warrington, England, where it makes the polymer starting material caprolactone. The project will be completed in the second half of 2019 and will include new reactors and a new plant for the feedstock peracetic acid.
