Standard Lithium's El Dorado, Arkansas, plant under construction

Standard Lithium has began installing modules for its lithium extraction facility in El Dorado, Arkansas.

The demonstration plant for the company’s process will take in 11.4 m3/h of tail brine from Lanxess’s bromine facility and extract lithium from it.

The annual production will be 100–150 metric tons of lithium carbonate equivalent per year.
