Resilience acquires biologics maker Ology

National Resilience, a venture-backed pharmaceutical services company formed last year, will acquire Ology Bioservices, a maker of active ingredients for biologic drugs, in Alachua, Florida. Resilience, which targets the development of manufacturing processes for advanced drugs, previously acquired Therapure Biopharma in Ontario and a former Genzyme plant in Boston. It also recently subleased an Orchard Therapeutics gene therapy facility in Fremont, California.
