China’s Raybow acquires US chemistry service firm PharmAgra Labs

The Chinese chemistry service provider Raybow Pharmaceutical has acquired PharmAgra Labs, a custom chemical R&D firm based in Brevard, North Carolina. Raybow CEO Bin Wang says the purchase brings his firm closer to its growing US customer base. Raybow’s main facility is in Taizhou, China. Its parent company, Zhejiang Jiuzhou Pharmaceutical, is in the process of acquiring a Novartis pharmaceutical chemical plant in Suzhou, China.
