W. R. Grace & Co. says it is expanding its pharmaceutical fine chemical plant in South Haven, Michigan, with a third 18,000 L multiuse reactor. The new unit will include a centrifuge to facilitate product isolation. Grace expects to complete the project in 2024. It acquired the plant from Albemarle as part of a $570 million deal last year.
