US Medical Glove has acquired a polyisoprene polymer plant in the US. The company hasn’t disclosed the plant’s location but says the output will back integrate its production of medical glove manufacturing. The plant makes 1,500 metric tons per year of polyisoprene, which can produce 60 million surgical gloves. Polyisoprene is an allergen-free alternative to natural latex.
