The Japanese glass equipment maker AGI Group has acquired Chemtrix, a Dutch provider of flow chemistry reactors. AGI already owns Syrris, a maker of flow chemistry equipment for laboratory-scale synthesis. AGI says buying Chemtrix will allow it to offer flow chemistry equipment for pilot and commercial manufacturing as well.
