Element Materials Technology buys Impact Analytical

The British analytical services firm Element Materials Technology has expanded its North American life sciences footprint by buying Midland, Michigan–based Impact Analytical. Impact analyzes extractables and leachables in medical products and works with specialty chemicals and consumer products. Element has grown through acquisition recently, buying three other life sciences labs and four analytical firms in other markets just this year.
