Huntsman will pay $250 million to buy Gabriel Performance Products. Gabriel, which had sales of $106 million in 2019, makes epoxy additives and curing agents for coatings, adhesives, and composites. The purchase is one of three recent moves for Huntsman’s advanced materials business. It purchased CVC Thermoset Specialties in May for $300 million and sold its consumer adhesives business in India in November for $257 million.
